News 02/5/08 YEAH, finally done with this years Colorado biker build off. The show was most certainly a success, we met a lot of great people that really liked the bike and had a great time at the show. Unfortunately we didn't take the trophy, but rumor has it that we were 2 votes shy of first place...my fault for not voting when I could. Thank you everyone who came down to see us and contributed their support. You guys and girls really made the show a success for us. Check out the gallery for pictures from the show. 9/16/07 Once again we are going through some changes. We are moving into a larger building, same lot, even the same address, just a lot more room. 08/12/07 We made it back. As usual there were a few delays and a little hail on the way up and some pretty brutal sun on the way back, but overall a very safe year. If you saw us up there give us a shout, email me some pictures or stories of your trip. blacktopchoppers@hotmail.com 07/29/07 Blacktop Choppers LLC. has acquired the inventory and machines of Howell's inc. Phil Howell passed away last year while on a trip with his wife Terri. Phil had been in business for over twenty years and was big into drag racing and performance engines. Thanks to Terri and her family, we now have an extensive selection of chrome upgrades, Harley and aftermarket parts as well as tires, gaskets, and other maintenance items.
Coming late summer 2007 we will start up our machine shop. Boring, honing, and other machine services will be available to build your motor up the way you want it.
In February of 2008 Blacktop Choppers LLC. will be revealing a new bike for the Colorado biker build off. The build off is held at the annual Colorado Motorcycle Show and Swap. |
